India is a nation of deprived sex maniacs, mainly male. The females are killed before they are born and hence they are not deprived of anything. I have a map of sexually deprived regions in the country. If you are in lighter blue areas in the map, please carry your pepper spray.I am not saying that this guy was going after kids because he could not find female companionship. He was sick. But his sickness came from a culture in these male dominated belts.
